Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is by 12:00pm; late check-out on request;
Guests must show an identity document, identity card or passport, as arranged by the national law, otherwise the owner must deny hospitality (art. 109 law P.S. as modified by thet art. 7 point 2 of the law 203/95);
Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years-old;
Unaccompanied minors must show an authorized and signed copy of the identity document of a parent;
Breakfast time is from 7 to 10:30;
Each room can house only a specified number of people; an extra bed can be added on request;
Children under 2 years of age are housed for free and a cradle can be added to the room on request;
The maximum number of extra beds or craddles to be added is 2;
Medium size pets are allowed on request and for free;
Guests are asked not to smoke while in the room;
Guests are asked to close the door and the windows of their room; the staff is not responsible for the loss of personal objects;
The Management Office is not responsible for the objects not stored within the safedeposit boxes;
Guests are asked to safeguard the natural environment and to pay attention to the use of water and electricity;
Air conditioning stops automatically when windows are open;
Guests commit to respect the space and its objects ; each damage, voluntyary and/or accidental, caused to the hotel will be charged;
A credit card is required as guarantee to book; any amount will be charged. The payment can be fulfilled through any method desired by guests, at the hotel;
Immediate payment of the booked room is subject to considerable discounts ;
Guests are asked to read carefully the “cancellation rules”, where it is specified if the credit card is to be used as guarantee or if the amount of the booking will be charged;
Payment methods accepted: cash, credit card, bank transfer, check;
The hotel accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Maestro, CartaSì, Bancomat;
Cancellation rules: the cancellation is to be communicated the day before the arrival, by 6:00pm, otherwise the price of the first night of staying will be charged on the credit card;
The Management Office of the hotel has the authority to modify the present “Rules and Regulations” document if necessary; any changes will be communicated at the arrival, during the check-in.
